Gain one entry by commenting on the proper post according to instructions and each tag of a real friend. Your odds depend on number of entries received. Entries from both platforms will be collected separately and one winner from Facebook will be chosen and one from Instagram will be chosen at random for a total of 2 random winners. Prize may not be returned or exchanged for cash value. May not be returned or exchanged for any other goods or services through Skin Care Fort Worth/Peter Damico MD, PA, Abbvie/Allergan, or SkinMedica. Must be at least 18 years of age, or minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the appointment time. Winner must be able to attend appointment at Dr. Damico’s office in Fort Worth, TX 76116. We will make every reasonable effort to contact the winners. Winners have 72 hours to respond to Skin Care Fort Worth before another winner will be chosen.
