Notice Regarding Medical Services
IF YOU ARE AN ACTIVE MEDICAL PATIENT: Dr. Damico’s medical patients should not send medical requests through the contact form on this website. The requests made through this website are not monitored for any medical practice purposes. Dr. Damico’s medical patients must communicate with office staff by calling (817)738-9268. You are advised to call 911 in the event of an emergency. Never send an email in an emergency situation.
EXISTING AND POTENTIAL AESTHETIC PATIENTS: Dr. Damico has been practicing Medical Aesthetics since 2005, and we welcome new patients every day for aesthetic procedures such as Botox® and fillers. In the unlikely event the answering service is unable to reach Dr. Damico outside of business hours, we advise you to go to an emergency room or call 911 if necessary. Never send an email or text in an emergency situation.
While Dr. Damico is a currently practicing Family Practice doctor, his medical practice (separate from his growing aesthetics practice) is not accepting new patients. By continuing to use this website, and further, if any person sends a contact request for a medical issue, you agree that these actions do not place you under Dr. Damico’s medical supervision and you have not established any rights to continuance of care. Embedded content from other websites (Data collection, cookies and tracking)
Articles, Posts and Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
