Major credit cards (AmericanExpress®, Discover®, MasterCard®, Visa®) and cash are the accepted forms of payment at Skin Care Fort Worth. We accept payment from HSA/FSA accounts at the card holder’s discretion (we cannot guarantee that your charges will be approved).
Unfortunately, we can not accept CareCredit®. We do not accept personal checks. We do not accept and will not file any insurance for any cosmetic treatments. We do not offer payment plans.
